This is the sketch of Lucifer from “The Archangel”. Obviously, I was heavily influenced by the Balrog in the movie Lord of the Rings. But somethings just work well. Like those downward turned horns.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

This is an preliminary drawing for “Perelandra”. The female figure seemed too static to me. So, I developed some movement for her and made her seem to float. I wanted Eden and Eve to be otherworldly. I also added the effect of light emmenating from Eve.
